The Hook’em 30 Degree Down Rigger Base is a universal down rigger base designed to be used in 30 degree rod holders. It’s made from marine grade 316 stainless steel for durability. This universal base is compatible with most down riggers including Cannon, Scotty, Penn and XXX. It comes pre-drilled so all you need to do is bolt your down rigger mounting base plate to the unit.
